　After the intensive shelling of cities, massive admission of injured made the hospital change the algorithm of the patient registration procedure: there is no time and human resources for the person identification, and patients are given numbers. Doctors write patient data and examinations right on the patient’s body because of the large number of unknown unconscious patients. In difficult cases, up to 6-7 patients require simultaneous interventions, involving 5 to 9 health workers per patient.
　都市への集中砲火の後に担ぎ込まれた大量の負傷者により、病院は患者登録手順のアルゴリズムを変更せざるを得なかった。すなはち、本人確認のための時間と人的資源が足りず、患者にはとりあえず番号が付与することにしたのだ。身元不明かつ意識不明の患者が多いため、医師は患者の体に直接患者のデータや検査結果を書き込む。ひどい状況になると、患者1人につき5～9人のスタッフで処置しなければならないような患者が、同時に6～7人もいるのだ。
