Many hospitals have autonomous power generation stations providing charge for critical devices during blackouts.
But still, there is a necessity to save electricity because nobody knows how long the next blackout can last.
In the operating room, light is only provided for the surgical field. Other medical professionals, anaesthesiologists and nurses, continue their work in the dark.
多くの病院では、停電時に重要な機器に電力を供給するための自家発電所を備えている。
しかし、停電がいつまで続くか誰にもわからないため、通常以上に節電する必要がある。
手術室では、明かりは術野にしか与えられない。他の医療従事者、麻酔科医や看護師は暗闇の中で仕事を続けている。

Since October 2022 Russian forces regularly attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, leading to long blackouts in all the regions of Ukraine. Odesa Regional Children’s Hospital like many other Ukrainian hospitals has autonomous power generation stations providing charge for critical devices but still, there is a lack of electricity. In the operation room of the Neonatal Department, only the surgical field is lightened.
2022年10月以降、ロシア軍はウクライナのエネルギーインフラを定期的に攻撃し、ウクライナの全土で長時間の停電を引き起こしている。Odesa地域小児病院は、他の多くのウクライナの病院と同様、重要な機器に電力を供給する自家発電ステーションを備えているが、それでも電力は不足している。新生児科の病棟の手術室では、術野のみ明かりがある。
